We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If the wetsuit doesn't fit, we will happily accept a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the order.
We recommend you try on your suit upon receiving it to ensure that the sizing is correct even if you do not plan to use it right away. This way you have the opportunity to exchange the suit within the trial period if necessary. Remember, you can surf in it just take care of it.

We also suggest that you surf in your suit before considering a size exchange.
Whether you decide to send back your wetsuit for a refund or an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. If a refund is requested, we will refund the cost of items returned plus tax (if you paid it). Shipping costs are not refunded. If an exchange is requested, we will ship the replacement suit to you at no additional cost to you.
If you need your new wetsuit ASAP, or you would like to try on two sizes side by side to determine which has the best fit, simply place an order for the new wetsuit and send one back as a return instead of an exchange.
-WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURES-
In order for your product to be considered as a warranty claim please follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Please email our repairs and warranty department, repairs@xterrawetsuits.com, with ALL of the following information:
STEP 2: The product must be received back in our warehouse in order to determine if your product is a valid warranty claim. (we are unable to authorize claims via email or by telephone)
STEP 3: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to return
their wetsuits to XTERRA Surf. XTERRA Surf will cover the
cost of return shipping back to the customer if the product is found
to be defective. (Returns are sent using Ground Shipping and the customer at their option may have the product expressed at an additional charge)
If the product is not covered under warranty the customer is responsible
for return shipping charges. Please allow up to (14) business days for a warranty claim to be processed and completed from the time XTERRA Surf receives it.
STEP 4: If the product is not covered under warranty XTERRA Surf
will advise on repair procedures that the customer may explore at their option.
